The open plan living area is bathed in natural light, featuring raked ceilings and Tasmanian oak flooring. There is a comfortable lounge setting in front of a cosy wood fire and Smart TV. The adjoining dining area has a table that seats 8 people. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, Nespresso pod machine, dishwasher and fridge.

There is a dedicated study room for those who need to work remotely.
