Sandy Retreat is a modern family holiday home with two living areas, located just a short walk from the beach.

The main living area is air-conditioned and includes a large Smart TV with Netflix as well as a sound system. The adjacent dining space has a table that seats 6 people. French doors lead to a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and dishwasher. A selection of complimentary teas and welcome treats are provided.

There is a second living room at the front of the home which includes a plush lounge suite and large Smart TV with Netflix.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people.

At the rear of the home is a wide verandah with a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. This overlooks a securely fenced neat backyard with a good expanse of grass.

Take a 5 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach along the Great Ocean Road. Walk a further 7 minutes to the town centre where there are a selection of shops and cafes.
