The Beach House @ The Butter Factory is a modern and light filled holiday apartment that is spread over three levels. It provides the ideal retreat for those who want the beach and shops right on their doorstep.

On the top floor of this apartment is a spacious air-conditioned open plan living area with water views. A comfortable lounge suite sits in front of a wall mounted Smart TV and electric fireplace. There is a dining table that seats 8 and a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge and dishwasher. Sliding glass doors lead onto a balcony which has an outdoor setting and BBQ. From here, enjoy panoramic ocean views all the way from Cape Patton to Apollo Bay Harbour.

There are bedrooms and bathrooms on both level 2 and 3, while on the bottom level is the main entrance and garage.
