Ballarat Premier Apartments are located in the heart of Ballarat, just short walk from the many shops and restaurants in the city centre.

This Italianate mansion was built in 1901 by a local surgeon and was later gifted to the R.S.L. for the ongoing welfare of returned servicemen and women. In 2013, the building was extensively renovated and turned into luxury apartment accommodation.

The apartments are perfect for both business and leisure guests, offering a unique accommodation experience in ornate surroundings.

Within the original two storey heritage building are 10 apartments - 4 located on the ground floor and 6 on the first floor. Choose from grand rooms, suites and studios, available in either open plan, 1 or 2 bedroom configurations that sleep either 2 or 4 people. Each apartment is stylishly decorated with crystal chandeliers and features a TV with Foxtel channels, a kitchenette or full cooking facilities, modern bathroom, air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Some rooms also have a spa bath and gas log fire.

At the back of the property in a separate building are two modern apartments - a 2 bedroom apartment and a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. For a large family or a group, these two apartments can be combined as they have interconnecting access.
