The Provincial

Built in 1909, The Provincial is a heritage listed hotel of architectural significance, situated on historic Lydiard Street. It has undergone extensive renovations and offers a selection of beautifully appointed guest rooms and dining facilities.

There are 11 opulent hotel-style rooms and suites, as well as 4 one and two bedroom apartments. All rooms are stylish and spacious with luxury bedding, quality furnishings and bright bathrooms.
