Victoria Terrace

Victoria Terrace is a cute Victorian era townhouse located right near the heart of Ballarat.

Private and cosy, but not grandiose, this home has all the basic amenities required for a comfortable stay and even your 4 legged friend is allowed to stay.

The living area consists of a lounge with gas log heater, a dining space with a 4 seat table and a kitchen with gas oven, microwave, fridge, cutlery, etc.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 people, making it ideal for one or two couples, and the comfortable beds have electric blankets.

The bathroom is spacious and neat with a shower cubical but no bath tub.

The house is not air-conditioned, however it stays naturally cool in summer if doors are kept closed.

There is a single car space available through the rear roller door, and a secure dog yard.

Walk just a couple of minutes to the main shopping precinct, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Sovereign Hill is less than 2 kilometres away and a 5 minute drive will have you on the shores of Lake Wendouree.
