This home features an open plan living area with a difference. There is a sunken lounge that has lovely views of the front bush garden and includes a wood fire and a 60 inch TV with Foxtel, Netflix and DVD player. Separated from the lounge by a glass balustrade is the dining room with high windows and a glass dining table that seats 6. The beautifully appointed kitchen with white marble benches has everything you could possibly need, including a coffee machine.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

The main bathroom is decorated with white marble and includes a relaxing bath with overhead shower, a vanity unit and toilet. The ensuite has a shower and toilet.

All linen, towels and toiletries are provided.

There is a reverse-cycle air-conditioner in the dining room and ducted heating throughout the entire home.

Attached to the rear of the home is a covered outdoor entertaining deck with a BBQ and dining table that seats 8. It overlooks the large lawn where there is a trampoline for kids to enjoy. There is also an outdoor shower on the deck to wash off the sand after a day at the beach.

There is space for one car to park under the carport and room for another two vehicles on the driveway.

Surrounded by a lovely bush garden, this eclectic home is located 950 metres or 12 minutes walk from the nearest ocean beach at Bridgewater Bay. Blairgowrie's safe swimming bay beach is 2 kilometres away.

Coco House is an ideal place to base yourself on the Mornington Peninsula for that summer beach holiday or winter escape. It is perfectly suited to couples, families or a small group of friends.
