Dune View is a stunning coastal home with a creative soul, set high behind the sand dunes of exhilarating Koonya Ocean Beach.

This classic western red cedar home is an indulgent oasis that combines luxury features with rustic charm, providing a laid-back retreat for a relaxing coastal getaway.

The home is of a multi-level design with several living areas and resort-style amenities, making it ideal for couples, families or a group to share while still offering a degree of privacy.

Inside this light-filled and inviting home you will find natural timber features, eclectic furnishings and a curated selection of artwork, while large windows draw in the surrounding dune landscape.

On the lower level is a spacious lounge room with a wood heater, reverse-cycle air-conditioner, plush sofas, a piano and a vast library of books. This lounge room opens onto a covered deck which overlooks the outdoor pool.

On the upper level is a large open plan living area with covered outdoor decks at both ends, each providing sweeping views of the coastal dunes. The sitting area has an air-conditioner, wood heater, wall-mounted TV with a sound system and a meals area with a dining table. The modern kitchen has stone benchtops and includes an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and dishwasher.

This home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people.

Enjoy the extensive outdoor living areas at Dune View, with upper level decks offering breathtaking sunset views and lower decks providing relaxing areas in natural surroundings.

One of the covered lower level decks has an outdoor setting and bar stools overlooking the floodlit championship tennis court. This deck includes "The Oyster Bar" which has fridges, snack and drink making facilities, and a serving window, providing the perfect vantage point for drinks while games are being played on the court.

Around the corner from the tennis court is a heated mineral salt pool and spa, blending perfectly into the landscape with organic lines and paving.

The grounds surrounding the home add to its quirky and artistic character with unexpected sculptures including a striking rhinoceros, a snail and two quietly watchful rabbit figures by renowned artists Gille and Marc.

Located within the grounds is a BBQ area, fire pit, hot outdoor shower and a standalone studio with a day bed and TV - perfect as a retreat for kids.

Dune View is located just 200 metres from the Mornington Peninsula National Park. There is an extensive network of spectacular walking tracks through the native bushland, extending along the coast and across sand dunes, offering scenic ocean views and access to secluded beaches.

Take a 3 minute drive into the village centre of Blairgowrie where there are several cafes and a small supermarket. For a more extensive range of shopping and dining options, beautiful Sorrento is only a 5 minute drive away.
