The Buoys

The Buoys is a cosy holiday home full of character and charm, located directly across the road from a beautiful and family friendly sandy beach.

The open plan living area has hardwood floors and features a cosy wood heater, split-system heater/cooler, wall-mounted TV and plush L-shaped sofa. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove and oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, utensils and complimentary coffee, tea and sugar.

This home has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

• Master bedroom - queen bed, TV, sliding door onto outdoor deck
• Bedroom 2 - two single beds, one bunk bed

There is one bathroom.

• Main bathroom - shower, vanity unit, toilet

All linen and towels (except for beach towels) are supplied. Guests are provided with a starter pack of essential toiletries including soap, shampoo and toilet paper.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

A glass door from the living area opens onto an entertaining deck, complete with an outdoor table, hanging egg chair, sitting area and gas BBQ. This deck overlooks the large fully fenced yard which provides lots of room for kids to play freely.

There is space for 2 cars and a boat on the property. No parking is available on the street.

Walk just one minute from the front gate onto the sandy bay beach which is perfect for safe swimming in its calm waters. A 4 minute stroll will take you to the pier which is home to Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron. The ocean surf beach on the other side of the peninsula is a 2 kilometre drive from the home.

Take a one minute drive or 14 minute walk to Blairgowrie Shopping Village where you will find a supermarket, cafes and a selection of shops. For more shopping and dining options, both Rye and Sorrento are a 4 minute drive away.

Peninsula Hot Springs and Alba Thermal Springs are within a 12 minute drive, while the entrance to the historic Point Nepean National Park is 9 minutes away.

With its prime location and delightful amenities, this beachside retreat promises a memorable and enjoyable stay for all.

Nightly rates from

Any reservation of 3 or more nights receives a discount of 20%.

$450 per night (minimum stay 2 nights), except for the periods listed below.

Long weekends - $630 per night (minimum stay 3 nights)
Easter - $630 per night (minimum stay 4 nights)
24th December to 1st January - $990 per night (minimum stay 7 nights)
2nd to 31st January - $900 per night (minimum stay 4 nights)

There is a $180 cleaning fee per booking.
