Wild Shores

Wild Shores is a stunning two storey coastal escape where you can enjoy resort-style living just moments from the exhilarating ocean.

The downstairs living area is located at the rear of the home. This light-filled and generous sized space features a deep L-shaped sofa in front of a large wall-mounted Smart TV with Foxtel. The adjoining dining area has a long table beside a cosy gas log fire. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, oven, microwave, Breville Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher. A walk-in pantry is tucked under the stairs.

Upstairs is a large rumpus room which is perfect as a retreat for kids. It has a table tennis table, TV and a selection of board games.

This home has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 12 people.

Comfortable living all year round is ensured with ducted heating throughout the home and a reverse-cycle air-conditioner in both the downstairs and upstairs living areas.

Outside is where Wild Shores really shines. The downstairs living area opens onto a huge partially covered entertaining deck complete with a BBQ, outdoor dining setting, sun loungers and a sparkling solar heated swimming pool. This deck overlooks a full-size tennis court with a basketball ring - perfect for those of all ages to burn off energy.

There is space for two cars in the garage which has internal access to the home. Additional parking is available on the second driveway for boats and trailers.

From Wild Shores, take a 3 minute walk to the end of the street then along tracks through the coastal bush and sand dunes of the Mornington Peninsula National Park. Enjoy spectacular coastal scenery and the rugged ocean beaches of Pearses and Dimmicks.

Drive 4 minutes to Blairgowrie village where you will find several cafes and a small supermarket. For a more extensive range of shopping and dining options, beautiful Sorrento is only a 6 minute drive away.
