Brunswick Vibe is a stylishly refurbished 65m² apartment, located on the edge of parkland at the southern end of cosmopolitan Sydney Road.

The living room includes a comfortable lounge suite and 60 inch Smart TV with free Netflix. Walk through to the cosy meals area which has a dining table that seats 4 people and a work bench. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove and oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher. A European laundry, with a washing machine and clothes dryer, is located in the kitchen.

Brunswick Vibe has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 5 people.

All linen, towels, toiletries, washing and cleaning products are supplied. A fold-away bed can be provided for an additional fee. A portacot and highchair is available for a small fee - please bring your own cot linen.

Extra thick double-glazed windows provide quietness and insulation. There is reverse-cycle air-conditioning in the living area and also in each bedroom.

This apartment is tucked away at the back of a small unit complex, making it a quiet and private place to stay. Secure off-street parking at the back of the property is provided.

A few steps from your door are the extensive parklands of Princes Park. Take a walk north along Sydney Road and discover the many colourful shops along this shopping strip. There is an excellent selection of restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars. Nearby attractions include great restaurants in Lygon Street, Melbourne Zoo and Royal Park.

Public transport services are excellent in the area. Across the road is a tram stop which provides a direct service to the city centre. A 5 minute walk away is Jewell railway station.

Nightly rates are based on a stay of 7 nights. Lower nightly rates apply for longer stays while higher nightly rates apply for shorter stays.

Minimum stays:
For stays within the next 30 days - 3 nights.
For stays 30 to 90 days from now - 7 nights.
For stays more than 90 days from now - 28 nights.
Even if booked within 30 days, Christmas, Australian Open and Grand Prix stays have a 7 night minimum.
