East Brunswick Penthouse is a stylish and modern apartment located on the top (4th) floor of the De Novo apartment complex.

This 82m2 apartment has a spacious open plan living area. The sitting area has a lounge suite and 47 inch Smart TV with free Foxtel and Netflix. There is a dining table which seats 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher. Sliding glass doors from the living area open onto a large terrace with an outdoor dining setting and BBQ. From here, enjoy panoramic easterly views over the suburbs.

There is a separate office with a work desk. This room has direct access to the south facing balcony which offers outstanding views of Melbourne's city centre skyline.

East Brunswick Penthouse has one bedroom and can sleep up to 4 people.

Take a 10 minute walk to the beautiful parkland which stretches along both sides of Merri Creek. Lygon Street is within easy walking distance, offering a great selection of restaurants and bars.
