There is a dining table which seats 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and dishwasher. Sliding glass doors from the living area open onto a large terrace with an outdoor dining setting and BBQ. From here, enjoy panoramic easterly views over the suburbs.

There is a separate office with a work desk. This room has direct access to the south facing balcony which offers outstanding views of Melbourne's city centre skyline.

For easy access to Melbourne's city centre, there is a tram stop located around the corner on Nicholson Street - just a 2 minute walk away.

Take a 10 minute walk to the beautiful parkland which stretches along both sides of Merri Creek. Lygon Street is within easy walking distance, offering a great selection of restaurants and bars.

Nightly rates are based on a stay of 7 nights. Lower nightly rates apply for longer stays while higher nightly rates apply for shorter stays.

Minimum stays:
For stays within the next 30 days - 3 nights.
For stays 30 to 90 days from now - 7 nights.
For stays more than 90 days from now - 28 nights.
Even if booked within 30 days, Christmas, Australian Open and Grand Prix stays have a 7 night minimum.
