There are 30 apartments consisting of studio rooms (suitable for up to 2 people), studio twin rooms (up to 3 people), one bedroom apartments (up to 4 people) and family rooms (up to 4 or 6 people). Each apartment includes air-conditioning, TV, DVD player, cooking facilities, dining setting and bathroom. Some rooms have a balcony and others have a courtyard. All rooms are serviced daily except Saturdays.

The building has elevator access to all levels. There is free on-site car parking, coin operated laundry facilities and a full time on-site manager.
