Bass Vista is a relaxing two storey elevated beach home that offers sweeping views over the treetops to the waters of Bass Strait.

The main living area is located upstairs and consists of a large open plan space surrounded by large picture windows which bathe this area in natural light and provide water views. There is a lounge suite in front of a gas log fireplace, a dining table and fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge. Step out onto the balcony where you can enjoy panoramic 180 degree views of Gunnamatta Beach and the ocean from the dining setting and seating.

Downstairs is the second living area which has a TV, comfortable couches and sliding glass doors that open onto a deck that overlooks the backyard.

This home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people.

For those that enjoy walks, there are many places to explore in the local area. Wonder at the native flora and fauna along the many tracks throughout the Mornington Peninsula National Park and down to Final Beach. 4 kilometres away is the Cape Schanck Lighthouse where there are a network of scenic walks. From the lookout at the lighthouse car park is where Bushrangers Bay Walk commences on its meandering journey along the cliff tops of this untouched coastline. Further east along Main Creek is the Two Bay Walking Track which extends 26 kilometres through the countryside of the Mornington Peninsula.

Bass Vista is located in a quiet residential pocket adjacent to the the RACV Cape Schanck Resort. Visit the resort's bar lounge and several restaurants, providing a memorable experience surrounded by a magnificent golf course.

Take a 10 minute drive east to the small village of Flinders where there are several galleries, restaurants, food outlets and an acclaimed bakery. A 10 minute drive north is the bustling bayside town of Rosebud with its safe swimming beaches and extensive retail establishments. Peninsula Hot Springs is within 12 minutes drive of this home.
