Broadway Resort

Broadway Resort is a comfortable family holiday home, located within a short walk of the sandy swimming beach.

Step through the front door into a light and spacious living room which has a reverse-cycle air-conditioner for year round comfort. There is large corner sofa in front of a 65 inch TV with Chromecast, a selection of board games and reading material, a work desk with a monitor, and a small dining table which seats 4 people.

The adjoining meals area has a 6 seat dining table and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, ground coffee machine, fridge with ice dispenser, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Broadway Resort has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people.

The laundry is equipped with a combination washing machine and clothes dryer.

A sliding glass door from the meals area opens onto a large entertaining deck complete with a gas BBQ, pizza oven, outdoor dining table and park bench seating. The deck overlooks a fully fenced backyard with a large expanse of lawn, sun loungers and an outdoor fire pit (bring your own wood).

Off-street parking is available for up to 3 vehicles along the driveway and in the front yard. A boat can be parked behind the side gate. While the garage is not available for vehicle parking, it has been set up as an additional lounge area with comfortable couches.

Take a 350 metre walk to the end of the street and onto the golden sands of the safe swimming beach at Cleeland Bight. A 3 minute drive will take you to the stunning surf beaches which Cape Woolamai is renowned for. Food outlets in the heart of Cape Woolamai are within a 10 minute walk, otherwise take a 5 minute drive to San Remo or 15 minute drive to Cowes for a greater selection of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
