Cape Surf House

Cape Surf House is a traditional beach cottage that is located within walking distance of both the swimming and surf beaches of Cape Woolamai.

The cosy living area has a wood heater (limited wood provided) and reverse-cycle air-conditioning. Relax on the couches in front of a Smart TV which has a sound bar and sub-woofer. There is a dining setting for 6 and a well equipped kitchen with electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Cape Surf House has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 9 people.

• Bedroom 1 - queen bed
• Bedroom 2 - two sets of single bunks
• Bedroom 3 - tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top)

There is one bathroom.

• Main bathroom - Bath, shower, vanity unit, separate toilet

Step out the back door onto a covered porch with a gas BBQ. This overlooks a paved entertaining area and an enclosed backyard with an outdoor shower and bench seating around a fire pit (supply your own wood).

The large garage has been converted into a games room and includes a full size pool table, table tennis top (use this on top of the pool table), dart board, bar fridge and couches.

Parking is available for 3 cars under the carport and a further 3 cars along the driveway.

Take a 10 minute walk to the main shops at Cape Woolamai where there are a number of food outlets. A 10 minute walk will take you to the sandy beach along Cleeland Bight or walk 12 minutes to the exhilarating surf beach at The Colonnades.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
