Cooinda at The Cape is a beautifully presented holiday home within easy reach of both the swimming and surf beaches on either side of Cape Woolamai.

The open plan living area is bright and welcoming with hardwood floors and comfortable furnishings. The lounge area consists of seating in front of a wood fire and large wall-mounted TV, while the dining area has an 8 seat table. The kitchen is fully appointed with an electric oven and cook top, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Glass doors from the living area open onto a covered entertaining deck at the rear of the home, complete with a BBQ and a dining setting for 8.

Cooinda at The Cape has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

There is ducted evaporative cooling throughout the home while the living room has a wood heater and reverse-cycle air-conditioner.

The backyard of this home is fully fenced and includes a hot water outdoor shower to wash off after a day at the beach. Parking space is available for two cars or a boat on the driveway.

Walk less than 10 minutes to the safe swimming beach at Cleeland Bight or check out the surf at Anzacs Beach or The Colonnades which is around 1½ kilometres away. The main commercial centre of Cape Woolamai, which includes a selection of cafes and takeaway shops, is only a 5 minute walk away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
