Island Paradise is luxurious oasis with a lagoon-style swimming pool, nestled within the private surrounds of a tropical inspired garden and within walking distance of the beach.

The stunning living area of this home is light and airy with double height ceilings and banks of glass stacker doors that seamlessly blend the outside and inside. There is a spacious air-conditioned sitting area with designer furniture, a wall-mounted 50 inch Smart TV, Bluetooth sound bar and speaker. The adjoining meals area features a large dining table that seats up to 10 people. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 6 zone induction cooktop, 900mm electric oven, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, sandwich press, coffee machine, double door fridge with ice maker, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Island Paradise has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 15 people.

The European laundry is located within the spacious main bathroom and includes a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

From the living area, step out onto a partially covered deck which overlooks the inviting lagoon-style swimming pool (not heated), approximately 3 metres by 6 metres and up to 1.8 metres deep, complete with a stone waterfall and surrounded by palm trees and lush tropical plants. Next to the pool is an outdoor hot shower and external toilet.

On the other side of the pool are two games rooms which include a foosball table, beanbags, 40 inch Smart TV and a selection of card and board games. In front of the games rooms is an outdoor entertaining area with a wood heater, wall-mounted TV, gas BBQ and outdoor furniture.

The tranquil garden which surrounds this unique home is beautifully landscaped and completely private with bamboo fencing. There is on-site parking for up to 3 vehicles.

Walk 12 minutes through residential streets to the sandy swimming beach. A 14 minute walk in the other direction will take you to Cape Woolamai's stunning surf beach. Take a 9 minute walk or one minute drive to the local shops which include several eateries. For more options, San Remo is a 5 minute drive away, or drive 12 minutes to Cowes.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
