Panorama Views

Panorama Views is a delightful two storey beach home that is located within easy walking distance of the beach and shops.

The main living area of this home is located on the upper level. This spacious open plan space is air-conditioned and has a large corner couch, a wall-mounted 75 inch Smart TV, DVD player, selection of board games and two dining tables. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, full size fridge, bar fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

The upstairs living area opens onto two separate decks. From the front deck, enjoy spectacular sunsets and views over Phillip Island. The larger rear deck overlooks the backyard and has a gas BBQ, a large outdoor dining table and 4 directors chairs.

On the lower level is a second living room with a sofa, 50 inch TV and some board games.

Panorama Views has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 9 people.

• Bedroom 2 (downstairs) - tri-bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top)

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and has some boogie boards for use at the beach.

At the rear of the home is a fully fenced yard with a large expanse of lawn.

The carport provides covered parking for 2 cars, with space for another 2 to 3 vehicles or a boat on the driveway.

Panorama Views is located 100 metres from Sunnyside Park which has a large fenced playground with lots of play equipment for children. The park also has BBQ facilities, a half court basketball area and plenty of open space for ball games and exercise.

Take a 6 minute walk to the sandy swimming beach which looks over the bay towards San Remo. The surf beach is a 3 minute drive from the home. A 7 minute walk will take you to the shops and eateries in the heart of Cape Woolamai.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
