Sandy Feet Retreat is a magnificent two storey holiday home with two huge living areas, located close to the safe swimming beach.

The spacious upstairs open plan living area is bathed in natural light and features wood flooring and beautiful cathedral ceilings. There is a comfortable lounge suite, a wall-mounted 65 inch Smart TV and 8 seat dining table. The kitchen is fully appointed with a large electric oven, induction cook top, microwave, Delonghi coffee machine (Nespresso compatible), large fridge, integrated dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Huge glass doors from the upstairs living area open onto a sunny deck which has a dining table, an outdoor lounge suite and BBQ.

The downstairs living area is also spacious and includes a wall-mounted 55 inch Smart TV, wood heater and a convenient kitchenette with a built-in bar, sink and bar fridge.

Sandy Feet Retreat has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 15 people.

Each living room has reverse-cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans, while the downstairs living room also has a wood heater. There are ceiling fans in bedrooms 1 and 4, three portable pedestal fans and five portable heaters.

The backyard of this home is fully fenced and includes an outdoor lounge, a swing set for the kids and a hot water outdoor shower to wash off after a day at the beach. There is a double drive through garage and plenty of space on the driveway for extra cars and a boat.

Walk just 4 minutes to the safe swimming beach at Cleeland Bight or take a 10 minute stroll to the surf at Anzacs Beach. There is a licensed general store and takeaway shop in the next street or drive 2 minutes to the main commercial centre of Cape Woolamai with its selection of cafes and takeaway shops.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
