Seashell on the Seashore is a two storey holiday home with a difference, featuring a spectacular rooftop spa and located just a few steps from the sandy beach.
Upstairs is a large open plan living area with hardwood floors and bright decor. The lounge area has comfortable couches, a large wall-mounted TV and a library of books and magazines. The adjacent kitchen is fully appointed with an electric oven and cook top, microwave, coffee machine that uses Nespresso pods, large fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. On the other side of the kitchen is a dining space with seating for 6.
The upstairs living area provides access to the large rear deck with a dining table, seating and gas BBQ. The smaller front deck is also accessible from this area. Stairs lead from the front deck up to a stunning rooftop area with a 4 to 6 seat spa which is electric heated to a maximum of 38 to 40 degrees. Enjoy water views from this relaxing elevated viewpoint with its outdoor sofas and chairs.
The smaller downstairs living area has a relaxing lounge suite and TV, with direct access to the backyard.
Seashell on the Seashore has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 9 people.

There is a reverse-cycle air-conditioner in the upstairs living area which can also reach bedroom 3. Nobo wall mounted heaters are in the downstairs living area and each downstairs bedroom. There is also a portable heater and two portable fans.
The large backyard is fully enclosed, with plenty of room for kids to run around in. There is a double garage which has a table tennis table and can accommodate one car. There is room for one extra car on the driveway behind the front gate, with extra parking available on the nature strip.
Walk just a couple of minutes to the safe swimming beach at Cleeland Bight or drive 2 minutes to the nearest surf beaches. The main commercial centre of Cape Woolamai, which includes a selection of cafes and takeaway shops, is just over 10 minutes walk away.
Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.
