Sunrise on Panorama

Sunrise on Panorama is a gorgeous family home with two living areas, located just a short distance from the sandy swimming beach.

The spacious main living area is of an open plan design and includes a relaxing sitting area in front of a wood heater (some wood supplied) and Smart TV. There is a dining table that seats up to 8 people. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

The second living area consists of a large couch in front of a wall-mounted TV, a work desk and a pool table.

Both living areas are air-conditioned and have direct access to the home's rear entertaining deck. This covered deck has a 10 seat dining table and gas BBQ. At the end of the deck is an electric heated swim spa (2.2 metres by 3.7 metres) and a 4 to 6 seater spa (2.2 metres by 1.7 metres).

Sunrise on Panorama has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 13 people.

The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

The backyard is fully fenced with areas of grass. Off-street parking at the front of the home is available for up to 3 cars and also under cover parking for a boat.

Walk 4 minutes to the end of the street and you will be at the sandy swimming beach. A 3 minute drive will take you to the nearest surf beach. The shops and eateries at Cape Woolamai are an easy 10 minute stroll through residential streets.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
