Woolamai Sands is a delightful two storey home with living areas on both levels, perfect for one or two families looking for somewhere to stay that is only a short walk from the beach.

The downstairs living area consists of an air-conditioned family room with a corner couch in front of a wall-mounted Smart TV with a DVD player and movie library. The adjacent dining room has a table that seats 8 people. The dining area overlooks a fully equipped kitchen with electric cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Sliding glass doors from both the family room and dining room lead outside to a partially covered paved area with an outdoor table, gas BBQ and 6 seat hot spa tub.

The upstairs open plan living area is air-conditioned and has floor to ceiling windows which let in lots of natural light. There is a spacious sitting area with couches, a Smart TV and a work desk. The kitchen has a 23 litre portable convection oven, microwave and fridge. Step outside through a glass door onto a partially covered deck with a 10 seat outdoor dining table. Enjoy delightful views of the garden below.

The fully fenced and private side and rear yard of this home has a large expanse of lawn and a children's swing set. There is parking space for up to 2 vehicles or a boat along the driveway, with additional parking available at the front of the home beyond the side gate.

Walk just 4 minutes around the corner to the sandy swimming beach or take a 3 minute drive to the nearest surf beach. A 12 minute walk will take you to the shops and eateries in the Cape Woolamai town centre.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
