Bay Shore is relaxing holiday home that is designed for enjoying the coastal lifestyle.

Tucked away in a residential area of Clifton Springs, this home has timber lined ceilings with exposed beams, brick feature walls and extensive wood panelling.

Step through the front door into an airy open plan living area which has a comfortable sitting area in front of a wood heater and large TV. The meals area has a dining table and split-system air-conditioner for year round comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances including an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge with ice dispenser and dishwasher.

This home has 3 spacious bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

There is one bathroom.

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. A portacot can be provided upon request.

Sliding doors from the living area open onto a large paved area at the front of the home, complete with an outdoor dining table and gas BBQ. At the rear of home is an established garden with a large expanse of lawn.

Vehicle parking is available in the carport and also on the driveway.

Bay Shore is located within walking distance of Clifton Springs Golf Club and The Dell foreshore picnic area. A 2 minute drive away is Clifton Springs Boat Harbour which has a boat ramp and fishing jetty. Take a 3 minute drive into Drysdale for supermarkets, shops and a good selection of eateries.

Situated in the middle of the Bellarine Peninsula, Clifton Springs is an ideal destination for a weekend getaway or a longer escape. Take a pleasant walk to the coast and enjoy amazing views of Corio Bay, the You Yangs and Melbourne's city skyline while catching a daily sunset or sunrise. Discover all that the region has to offer including golf courses, acclaimed wineries and restaurants, theme parks, coastal towns and beaches.

A refundable $250 deposit will be required and paid together with the booking and will be returned within 3 days after check out.
