This gorgeous home has been freshly renovated, offering clean, simple and sun-filled rooms, with all the essentials required for a relaxing holiday.

The living room at the front of the home includes a comfortable lounge suite and large wall-mounted 55 inch TV with free Netflix. Walk through to the kitchen which is well equipped with a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge with ice dispenser, dishwasher and ample crockery and cookware. There is a dining table which seats 6 people and also kitchen bench seating.

A sliding door from the dining area leads out onto a large covered outdoor entertaining area. There is a BBQ, dining setting and an outdoor freezer for those who wish to store fishing bait or their catch.

This home has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people

There is one bathroom.

All linen and basic toiletries are provided. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels.

Outside is a large backyard with plenty of grassed areas for children to play, a swing set and toys for kids.

A carport provides off-street parking and the securely fenced property has enough room to safely park and store a caravan, boat or jet skis.

By The Sea is located around one kilometre from several beach access points and 3 kilometres from Clifton Springs Boat Harbour which has a large car park, pier and boat ramps. Launch a boat for a day of fishing or simply cast a line into the water from the beach which is also ideal for kayaking, paddleboarding and other water activities.

Major supermarkets, shops and cafes can be found within a 5 minute drive at the larger centre of Drysdale, while the bustling city of Geelong is just over 20 minutes away.

Situated in the middle of the Bellarine Peninsula, Clifton Springs is an ideal destination for a weekend getaway or a longer escape.
