Coronet Bluebelle

Coronet Bluebelle is a modern two storey home with a relaxed coastal feel, located within a short walk of a quiet beach.

Downstairs is a large open plan living area which is bathed in natural light. This air-conditioned space has a comfortable sitting area in front of a 65 inch Smart TV and a dining table which seats 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher, and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Next to the downstairs living area is a spacious games room. It is air-conditioned and includes a pool table, a selection of board and card games, books, magazines and plenty of seating.

Upstairs is a cosy sitting and reading area which is located at the top of the stairs. Around the corner is an air-conditioned lounge room with a corner couch and large windows. A door from the lounge room opens onto partially covered balcony which features a foldable outdoor table and chairs. It is a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy rural views towards the coast.

Coronet Bluebelle has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

At the rear of the home is an outdoor entertaining area, complete with a gas BBQ and hardwood table that seats 6 people. This overlooks a fully fenced and established garden which has a large expanse of lawn. Along the side of the house is an outdoor hot shower.

Up to 4 vehicles, including a boat, can be accommodated on the driveway at the front of the home.

Take a 4 minute walk around the corner to the beach at the end of Norsemens Road. From this beautiful stretch of sandy coastline, you can enjoy views across the bay towards French Island and Phillip Island.

Coronet Bluebelle is located at the northern end of Coronet Bay, a 3 minute drive from the general store and 4 minutes from the boat ramp. Take a 17 minute drive to San Remo, which is the gateway to Phillip Island, where you will find a supermarket, shops, cafes, restaurants and hotels.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
