Seascape Views is a modern home with multiple living areas, located in a new residential estate on the outskirts of Coronet Bay.

The huge open plan living area is bathed in natural light from large windows. The sitting area includes a plush lounge suite, a Smart TV and electric fireplace. The dining area has a table which seats 8 people and there are bar stools under the kitchen bench. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric induction cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Glass doors from this living area open onto a large covered outdoor entertaining area, complete with a gas BBQ and a table setting with 8 chairs.

Located off the entrance hallway is a formal lounge room with a large corner couch and Smart TV with soundbar. A study nook is located along the hallway which leads to the bedrooms.

Seascape Views has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

A cot and high chair are provided.

There are 2½ bathrooms.

The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

A reverse-cycle ducted heating and cooling system services the entire home and provides year round comfort.

The double garage has direct internal access to the home. It has space for two cars and there is additional space for up to two more vehicles (including a boat or caravan) on the driveway or behind 3 metre wide gates on the side of the home.

This home is located on a 2000 m² allotment with a vast enclosed grassy backyard where kids can play.

Take a 2 minute drive to the Coronet Bay General Store and the main sandy beach at the boat ramp.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
