The Aframe is a uniquely styled two storey holiday home, located opposite a park and within walking distance of the beach.
The living area of this iconic property occupies the ground floor. This open plan space consists of two sitting areas - one surrounding a cosy wood header (some wood supplied to get you started) and the other in front of a 55 inch Smart TV, both serviced by a reverse-cycle air-conditioner. In the meals area is a dining table which seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
Next to the kitchen is a fully enclosed sun room, complete with a large dining table and bar-style bench seating along the wall.
Steps from the living area lead upstairs to a study nook and the bedrooms. A balcony provides water views in the distance.
The Aframe has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 12 people.
There are 2 bathrooms.
The yard surrounding this home is fully fenced. It includes an outdoor shower and a covered BBQ area, with plenty of space for children to play. The front porch with its deck chairs is north facing and provides an ideal spot to sit and relax.
While the carport is more suited to functioning a covered outdoor area, there is space for up to 5 vehicles on the long driveway.
Walk directly across the road to Harold Hughes Reserve which has picnic and BBQ shelters, tennis court, basketball court, cricket net, skate ramp and a playground with a good selection of play equipment. There is plenty of open space which is ideal for ball games.
Walk one minute walk down the street to the local general store for food, coffee and refreshments. Take a 7 minute walk around the corner to the coast where you can enjoy waterfront walks. A 17 minute walk or 2 minute drive will take you to the jetty and boat ramp. San Remo, which is the gateway to Phillip Island, is only a 17 minute drive away.

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
