Banksia Waterfront Beachhouse is a split level holiday home with absolute beach frontage, situated in the quiet and idyllic Silverleaves area.

Double doors at the front of the home open into a grand entry hall. A few steps up is the spacious air-conditioned open plan living area with cathedral ceilings and clerestory windows which flood this space with natural light. The sitting area consists of comfortable sofas in front of a wall-mounted 55 inch Smart TV and gas log fire. There is a selection of board games, a pool table and dining table that seats 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Banksia Waterfront Beachhouse has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people.

  • Bedroom 1 (upstairs) - queen bed, sitting area with chairs and water views, ensuite, reverse-cycle air-conditioner
  • Bedroom 2 (upstairs) - two single beds, reverse-cycle air-conditioner
  • Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - queen bed, reverse-cycle air-conditioner

Glass bi-fold doors from the living area open onto a covered north facing entertaining deck with a servery window from the kitchen, gas BBQ, dining setting for 8 people and an outdoor shower. The deck overlooks a lush and private bush garden which is a delightful place to relax and spot black wallabies which frequent the area. Walk through the garden and across the foreshore, directly onto the pristine sandy beach. This is absolute beachfront living at its best.

There is parking for 3 cars in the carport, with space for an additional vehicle or a boat on the driveway.

Banksia Waterfront Beachhouse is just a 2 minute walk from Anerie General - a local cafe and food store. Take a 5 minute drive or a 25 minute walk along the coast into the heart of Cowes for an extensive selection of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
