Bayview on The Esplanade is an upper level holiday apartment in the centre of Cowes, directly overlooking the stunning front beach.

At the front of the apartment is a covered north-facing balcony with a table and chairs, providing panoramic views over the foreshore parkland and down to the sparkling water.

A sliding glass door from the balcony leads into a spacious bedroom which has a reverse-cycle air-conditioner and a 40 inch TV which sits on a bench along the wall.

The adjoining room is an open plan kitchen and living area. It has a 4 seat dining table, wall-mounted TV, two beds and a kitchen with basic facilities including a small electric cooktop, microwave, bar fridge and a collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Bayview on The Esplanade has 1 bedroom and can sleep up to 4 people.

Bayview on The Esplanade is located within The Waves - a large beachfront apartment complex which provides guests with communal facilities including an electric BBQ area, laundry facilities (washing machine and clothes dryer) and on-site car parking (one place is reserved, extra parking is available on the street).

Across the road from the apartment is Erehwon Park which has a fantastic playground, BBQ shelters, picnic areas, outdoor showers and sweeping 180 degree views of the water.

Walk 4 minutes to Cowes Jetty and also to Thompson Avenue which is lined with an extensive selection of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
