Beaches on Church

Beaches on Church is a modern two storey home located just a few minutes walk from the beach.

Downstairs is the main living area of this home. It is of an open plan design with a comfortable lounge suite, TV, DVD player, 6 seat dining table and reverse-cycle air-conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. This living area opens onto a paved courtyard which has a table that seats 8 and a gas BBQ.

Upstairs is a second living area which also has reverse-cycle air-conditioning and a TV.

Beaches on Church has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 10 people.

There are 2½ bathrooms.

There is internal access from the double garage into the home. The garage has a double sofa bed, an outdoor table with 4 swivel chairs, a bar fridge and a fold-up table tennis table. There is also some beach equipment that guests are welcome to use including 8 outdoor fold-up chairs, a shade canopy, beach trolley and some camp beds without mattresses. If the table tennis table is folded up, there is space for 2 cars in the garage. Another car or a boat can be accommodated on the driveway.

Outside is a private and enclosed yard, providing an ideal grassy place for children to play.

Walk just 4 minutes from Beaches on Church to the beach at the Anderson Road boat ramp. The major supermarkets in the centre of Cowes are 1.7 kilometres away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
