Beachside Escape

Beachside Escape is a modern two storey holiday home, located just a short walk from the beach and boat ramp.

The living area of this home is located on the upper level. This air-conditioned open plan space consists of sitting area with leather couches, a Smart TV, portable Bluetooth speaker and a dining table that seats 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Sliding glass doors from the living area open onto a balcony with 2 wicker lounges and a coffee table.

The downstairs entry hall has a wall mounted reverse-cycle air-conditioner which keeps this level comfortable year round.

Beachside Escape has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 7 people.

At the rear of this home is an entertaining deck with an outdoor dining setting for 6 people and a sun umbrella. This deck extends under balcony and includes two sun loungers, two chairs and a gas BBQ. The surrounding yard is fully fenced and includes an area of lawn.

The double garage, which has direct internal access to the home, has space for two cars. There is room for another vehicle or boat in front of the garage.

Beachside Escape is just a 5 minute walk around the corner from the Anderson Road boat ramp, the surrounding sandy beach and beachfront cafe. Take a 2 minute drive into the heart of Cowes with its extensive selection of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
