Carlton Place

Carlton Place is a modern two storey holiday home set within lush gardens, within an easy stroll of shops and cafes.

Downstairs is the main living room. This sunken light-filled space has a reverse-cycle air-conditioner, a cosy wood fire (bring your own wood) and a Smart TV with a soundbar. The adjoining meals area has a bench dining table which can seat 6 people. The fully appointed kitchen has an electric cooktop, 900mm electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Upstairs is a small living area with a sofa.

Carlton Place has 5 bedrooms, all of which are located upstairs, and can sleep up to 16 people.

• Bedroom 2 - tri-bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top)
• Bedroom 3 - queen bed
• Bedroom 4 - tri-bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top)

• Upstairs living room - fold-out double sofa (one adult or two children)

Two single fold-out beds, which can be used where required, are also available.

There are 2½ bathrooms.

• Ensuite (upstairs) - bath, shower, double vanity unit, separate toilet
• Downstairs toilet - access via laundry

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

French glass doors from the downstairs living area open onto a huge covered entertaining deck, complete with a gas BBQ and table that seats 6 people. The deck overlooks a beautifully landscaped backyard which is fully fenced and has a large expanse of lawn.

Parking is available for two cars in the carport, plus there is additional parking on the street.

Take a 5 minute walk to Phillip Island RSL Club which has an acclaimed bistro that is open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Walk 10 minutes into the heart of Cowes for an excellent selection of shops and restaurants.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
