Casa Bella on Beach is a modern and luxurious home with resort-style facilities, located within a short walk of the beach.

The huge central open plan living area is bright and airy with a 4 metre raked ceiling. Relax on a plush lounge suite in front of an electric fireplace and enormous 75 inch wall mounted Smart TV. The dining area has a table which seats 10 people and there is seating on stools for 5 more people at the kitchen bench. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction cooktop, electric 900mm oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher, walk-in pantry and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

At the back of the home is a large games room. It has a 65 inch wall mounted Smart TV, a comfortable couch and a selection of board games and kids toys. In the centre of the room is a three in one games table which can be used as a pool table, table tennis table or air hockey table.

Casa Bella on Beach has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 18 people.

The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

This home offers year round comfort with ducted ceiling air-conditioning in all rooms, as well as under floor hydronic heating.

Sliding glass doors from the central living area open directly onto two separate outdoor living spaces. There is a outdoor deck with a gas BBQ, a table that seats 8 people and a louvre roof system that can be opened and closed. The other living space features an in-ground heated swimming pool (6 metres by 3 metres), sun loungers and an outdoor lounge suite. Adjacent to the pool is an external bathroom.

Both outdoor living areas overlook a fully fenced backyard with plenty of grass for children to play.

At the front of the home is a double garage which can accommodate two cars. There is space for 2 to 3 more cars in front of the garage and the long side driveway provides parking for up to 6 more vehicles, including a boat, behind gates.

Casa Bella on Beach is conveniently located within a 3 minute walk of the sandy beach next to Cowes Yacht Club and just a 7 minute walk from the start of the main dining and shopping precinct in Cowes which extends along the Esplanade and down Thompson Avenue.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
