Cerulean Getaway is delightful split-level holiday home, located within a short stroll of the shops and restaurants in Cowes.

Entry to this home is via a 12 step stairway which opens onto a covered balcony, complete with a BBQ and seating.

The upper level open plan living area is decorated with contemporary furnishings. This air-conditioned space includes a 50 inch Smart TV, board games, relaxing sofa and dining table which seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cookware, crockery and cutlery.

A set of 7 steps leads from the dining area down to a central hallway on the lower level which provides access to the rest of the home.

Cerulean Getaway has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

• Bedroom 3 - king single bed with single trundle bed

A cot and high chair are available if required.

There is 1 bathroom.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and there is a clothes dryer in the carport.

The property is fully fenced, providing a safe environment for children to play.

The carport at the front of the home can accommodate one car and also has a foosball table. There is space along the driveway to park another two cars or a boat.

Walk directly across the road to Phillip Island RSL which has an excellent bistro restaurant. Otherwise, take a 10 minute stroll to the long shopping and dining strip along Thompson Avenue. A 25 minute walk or 3 minute drive will take you to the main beach at the jetty.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
