Churchill House

Churchill House is a neat and modern holiday home suitable for extended or multiple families.

The open plan living area has a reverse-cycle air-conditioner and wood heater for year round comfort. There is a comfortable lounge suite, a huge wall-mounted Smart TV and a dining table that seats 8. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A glass door from the living area opens onto a partially covered deck with an 8 seat dining table, lounge chairs and BBQ.

At the front of the home is a separate lounge room with a couch, lounge chairs, bean bags and a wall-mounted Smart TV with Chromecast.

Churchill House has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 14 people.

• Bedroom 4 - two sets of tri-bunks (double on bottom with single on top), one set of single bunks

The rear yard is fully enclosed with a large expanse of lawn providing a great space for kids to play. There is room for up to 3 vehicles or a modest size boat along the driveway.

Churchill House is located in a quiet residential area, 1.4 kilometres from the beach and less than a 5 minute drive from major supermarkets in the centre of Cowes.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
