Church Street Retreat

Church Street Retreat is a family friendly holiday home, situated within an easy stroll of the beach and shops.

Step through the front door into an air-conditioned living room with hardwood flooring, a leather lounge suite and 50 inch Smart TV. Please note the gas fireplace is unavailable for guest use. The adjoining dining room has a table that seats 8 people and a high chair for toddlers. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher, and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Church Street Retreat has has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 12 people.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

A sliding glass door from the living area opens onto a large fully covered outdoor deck. It includes a dining table that seats 10 people and a gas BBQ. Next to the deck is covered gas heated spa pool which can seat 6 people and provides the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

Surrounding the home is a large, fully fenced yard with established trees and plenty of areas of lawn for children to play.

The driveway at the front of the home has space to park 3 vehicles, with additional parking available on the street.

Church Street Retreat is located within an 8 minute walk of the sandy beach and a 5 minute walk from the many shops, cafes and restaurants in the heart of Cowes.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
