Clifton Breeze, Cowes Phillip Island Holiday Homes

Clifton Breeze is a modern family holiday home with multiple living areas, located in a quiet residential area of Cowes.

The main living room has a set of couches and a Smart TV. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The kitchen overlooks a meals area with a large dining table.

Walk from the meals area through to a light-filled and air-conditioned family room with relaxing couches and a TV.

The attached double garage has been converted into a third living area with a Smart TV, couches, chairs, bean bags and seating at a wine barrel table.

Clifton Breeze has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

A cot and high chair are provided.

There are 2 bathrooms.

The laundry is fully equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

There is a huge deck along the side of the house which is accessible via the sliding glass door in the dining area. It has a gas BBQ and a collection of outdoor furniture that can seat 19 people. At the rear of the home is a fire pit (bring your own wood) with bench seating and an area of lawn. Both the side deck area and backyard are fully fenced providing a secure place for kids to play.

Up to 3 cars or a small boat can be parked in front of the garage and also along the side fence.

Clifton Breeze is located within a 3 minute drive of the nearest sandy north facing beach. It is a 4 minute drive to the southern end of the commercial centre of Cowes which extends along Thompson Avenue and is lined with shops, cafes and restaurants.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
