Clifton Breeze is a modern family holiday home with multiple living areas, located in a quiet residential area of Cowes.

There is a light-filled air-conditioned family room with a relaxing lounge suite in front of a Smart TV. The adjacent meals area has a large dining table and the fully appointed kitchen has a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, Lavazza coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cookware, crockery and cutlery.

Next to the kitchen is a second living room with a lounge suite.

The garage has been converted into a large third living area, complete with a Smart TV and plenty of seating.

Clifton Breeze has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 12 people. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

Enjoy outdoor living at this beautiful property. Along the side of the home is a large entertaining deck with a BBQ and outdoor seating for up to 19 people. In the backyard is a fire pit (bring your own wood) with bench seating that overlooks an area of lawn.

There is space for 3 cars or a small boat on the driveway and along the side fence.

Take a 3 minute drive to beautiful sandy beaches in the local area or a 4 minute drive into the centre of Cowes with its many shops, cafes and restaurants.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
