Cois Tra is a delightful two storey family holiday home located in a quiet residential area.

The main living area is located upstairs and is of an open plan design with cathedral ceilings. There is a comfortable lounge setting, a Smart TV with access to Netflix and Disney, a dining table that seats 8 and a reverse-cycle air-conditioner. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, food processor, sandwich press, coffee pod machine, fridge with water dispenser, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A sliding glass door from the upstairs living area leads to a large covered deck which has cafe style blinds. There is a dining table that seats 10, a 5 seat lounge setting and a gas BBQ.

A second living area is located downstairs. This also has a lounge suite, a Smart TV with access to Netflix and Disney, and a reverse-cycle air-conditioner. A covered deck on this level at the back of the home has 4 outdoor lounge seats, a bar table and hammock.

Cois Tra has 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 15 people.

The large double garage at the front of the home is enclosed on three sides and has a table tennis table plus other outdoor games equipment.

The rear yard is fully fenced and has a small shed which guests can use for storage of items such as a jet ski or small boat.

Cois Tra is located 1.2 kilometres from the beach at the Anderson Road boat ramp and a 4 minute drive from major supermarkets in the centre of Cowes.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Linen and bathroom towels can be hired for $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed - or you can bring your own.
