Currawong Close is a stunning, one of a kind holiday home on Phillip Island.

This home is ready to welcome and entertain you. It offers plenty of space for larger family groups to get away together. It is also suitable for couples looking for a romantic weekend.

The highlight of this home is the indoor solar heated pool. It has a gas overlay which ensures a constant temperature of 26 degrees regardless of whether the sun is shining or not. The pool is 8 metres long and 3.5 metres wide, with a depth ranging from 1 to 1.6 metres.

Inspiring glass-like porcelain tiles and hardwood floors in the living areas give this home an air of luxury. The lounge is bright and airy with high ceilings, comfortable couches and a 48 inch smart LED TV. There is also a separate home theatre room with a projector, recliner chairs, a library of movies, Netflix and Apple TV.

The fully-equipped kitchen has solid granite benches and modern stainless steel appliances. There is an electric stove, gas oven, microwave, coffee plunger, coffee machine, dishwasher, cookware, crockery and cutlery. The formal dining area has an 8 seat table that overlooks the indoor pool.

The home has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 11 people.

A porta cot and high chair are available on request.

All linen (except for the porta cot) and towels are supplied.

The main bathroom has a free standing bath, shower enclosure with detachable head, bidet and toilet. The ensuite has a toilet and shower.

The laundry has a washing machine and large sink.

There is split system air-conditioning and heating in dining/living area and also the home theatre room. Pedestal fans are in each of the bedrooms.

Outside is a large deck with sun chairs, table and gas BBQ. It is perfect for relaxing with friends or dining al fresco.

Ample parking space for vehicles is available in the lock-up garage, on the driveway and in the street.

This home is located just a short stroll from local parkland and 8 minutes walk from the beach. Within a 15 minute walk is the main street of Cowes with its many shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The Penguin Parade and Grand Prix Circuit are 10 minutes drive away.

Currawong Close is a premium property, perfectly suited to the discerning traveller. Sorry, we do not accept large party groups.

Please note: guests under the age of 25 must travel with a guest of 25 years of age or older. Guests are required to be 25 years of age or older to stay in this property on their own. Guests not conforming to this policy, unless prior approval is given, will result in denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you fall within this age restriction but would love to stay with us.

Nightly rates from

$500 to $1650
Prices are higher during peak season.

Rates based on 8 guests, twin share. Additional guests $40 per person per night.

$450 cleaning fee and $120 service fee per stay applies.

Minimum stay is 2 nights. During peak season, which includes special events, sports events, Easter, Christmas, and New Year, a minimum stay of 3 to 4 nights applies, with premium rates in effect. For further details, please enquire.

A $500 security deposit is deducted from your credit card 7 days prior to arrival and is returned on inspection of the accommodation after departure.
