El Penguini

El Penguini is modern and delightful two storey townhouse, located close to the beach and town centre of Cowes.

Upstairs is a large open plan living area, air-conditioned for year round comfort. It includes a lounge area with comfortable seating and a 41 inch TV with Blu-ray player and Chromecast. There is an adjacent sitting area with a large sofa and a dining table which can seat 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso pod coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cookware, crockery and cutlery. A sliding glass door from the meals area opens onto a large balcony with a sunshade awning, outdoor dining table, recliner chairs and gas BBQ.

Downstairs is the entry hall which leads to a European laundry equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer. There is direct access to the double garage which has a fold-up table tennis table and can accommodate two cars. There are additional parking spots, subject to availability, in the communal car parking area.

El Penguini has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people. All bedrooms have reverse-cycle air-conditioners.

At the rear of the property is a patio and deck with outdoor furniture that overlooks a fully fenced garden with an area of lawn.

El Penguini is part of the Sails On Beach Street complex which consists of 19 townhouses in a resort-style setting. Enjoy shared use of a solar-heated in-ground pool and a sheltered BBQ area, all surrounded by lawns. There are security gates at all entrances to the complex.

El Penguini is located just 200 metres from the beach near the Cowes Yacht Club. An easy stroll of 500 metres will take you in the heart of the Cowes shopping and dining precinct.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
