Guesthouse on Grampian is a beautifully presented and modern family holiday home, set within a quiet residential area of Cowes.

This relaxing home has two air-conditioned living areas that span its whole length. The front living room has comfortable sofas and chairs, a 55 inch Smart TV and a selection of books, card and board games. A sliding door leads to the large open plan living area at the rear of the home. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooktop, electric oven, electric frypan, microwave, slow cooker, rice cooker, sandwich press, snow cone maker, fondue set, chocolate fountain, blender, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cookware, crockery and cutlery. The kitchen overlooks a dining table which seats 10 people and flows through to a spacious lounge area with two sofas and a 65 inch Smart TV.

From the living area at the back of the home, folding glass doors open onto a fully covered entertaining deck, complete with a gas BBQ, bar fridge, wall mounted TV, ceiling fan and outdoor lounge setting. The deck overlooks a fully fenced backyard which is neatly landscaped and features an 8 seat outdoor table, sun loungers and a hot outdoor shower.

The garage at the front of the home has a fold-up table tennis table. It provides secure parking for 2 cars, with space available on the driveway for another vehicle.

Guesthouse on Grampian is located within a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive of the sandy beach at the local boat ramp. The town centre of Cowes, with its excellent selection of shops, cafes and restaurants, is a 5 minute drive away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
