Kookaburra Corner is a modern family home that is located opposite a large park.

At the rear of the home is a huge open plan living area with a stylish red corner couch, a Smart TV, 8 seat dining table and a reverse-cycle air-conditioner. The fully equipped kitchen has a large walk-in pantry, 900mm 5-burner gas cook top, 900mm electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A sliding glass door opens from this living area onto covered deck which has an outdoor setting and gas BBQ. This area overlooks a private yard with a fire pit (supply your own wood).

A second living area is located at the front of the home and includes a couch in front of a Smart TV, a selection of board games and toys for kids.

Kookaburra Corner has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 11 people.

Across the road from this home is Seagrove Park which is a one hectare reserve with a large picnic shelter, BBQs and an excellent childrens playground.

Kookaburra Corner is located 1.2 kilometres from the beach and a 3 minute drive from major supermarkets in the centre of Cowes.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
