Penguin Paradise

Penguin Paradise is an amazing two storey holiday home which is ideal for a large group.

The main living area is located upstairs and it is of an open plan design with high ceilings and exposed beams. There is a luxurious lounge suite with recliners, Smart TV, DVD player, CD player, a dining table, wood heater and reverse-cycle air-conditioner. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, two drawer dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

A sliding glass door from this main living area opens onto a covered balcony with seating for 10 people and a 6-burner gas BBQ. There are steps down from this area directly to the garden below.

Downstairs is a second family room with a lounge suite.

Penguin Paradise has 6 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 18 people. All the queen beds have electric blankets.

This home is situated on a large 830m² block and has a delightful and fully enclosed rear garden with plenty of grass. There is a fire pit which is surrounded by paving and bench seating. The garage in the backyard has been converted into a games room with a table tennis table, foosball table and dart board.

Take a 10 minute stroll from Penguin Paradise to the beach at the Anderson Road boat ramp. The major supermarkets in the centre of Cowes are just a 3 minute drive away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
