Red Gum Beach Retreat

Red Gum Beach Retreat is a two storey holiday home, situated within a short walk of the beach.

Downstairs is the main living area. This large and bright open plan space is air-conditioned and includes a couch, Smart TV with Bluetooth speakers, a dining table that seats 8 people and a second small dining table which also functions as a kitchen bench. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Also located downstairs is a rumpus room. It has a set of couches, wood heater, Smart TV and plenty of toys and games for kids.

Upstairs is another large air-conditioned living room with a chaise lounge and Smart TV. Sliding glass doors from this room open onto a covered balcony with seating that is shaded by tall trees and overlooks the garden.

Red Gum Beach Retreat has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people.

The laundry is accessed from outside. It is equipped with a washing machine and ironing facilities.

At the rear of this home is a partially covered entertaining deck, complete with a gas BBQ and an outdoor setting for 6 people. The surrounding garden has lots of shade and is fully fenced. In the front garden is a tree swing.

There is a drive-through single carport which has a table tennis table. Moving the table to the side provides space for one vehicle in the carport, with parking for an additional 4 cars on the driveway.

Red Gum Beach Retreat is located within an easy 8 minute walk or one minute drive of stunning Red Rocks beach. The town centre of Cowes, with its extensive array of shops, cafes and restaurants, is less than a 5 minute drive away.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
