Sandy at Cowes is an exceptional holiday property on the eastern side of Cowes, close to the beach.
The property is ideal for two families and consists of two units that are exclusively booked together - the spacious front unit "Sandy" and the cosy unit "The Shack" at the back.
Both "Sandy" and "The Shack" are air-conditioned two bedroom units that offer similar features including a comfortable lounge area with a Smart TV, a dining space, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry.
Sandy at Cowes has a combined total of 4 bedrooms with supremely comfortable beds and can comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 9.
In the living room of "The Shack" is a divan which is suitable for a child.
Bi-fold doors from the kitchen in "Sandy" open onto a huge deck with an outdoor setting and BBQ. "The Shack" has a smaller north facing deck. There is a fold-up table tennis table in the carport, a basketball ring in the backyard and a garden shed which can be used to store beach gear.
A carport and long driveway provides ample parking for two cars and a boat.
Sandy at Cowes is located 250 metres from the beach, close to the popular Lovers Walk area and near the Phillip Island Golf Club. The main street of Cowes, with its many shops, cafes and restaurants, is just over one kilometre from the property.
