Serenity Studio at The Waves

Serenity Studio at The Waves is a modern family apartment in the centre Cowes, located just steps from the beach.

At one end of the apartment is a living room with a set of couches, a bed, a long bench with a 40 inch Smart TV, and a selection of board games and reading material. From here, a sliding glass door opens onto a balcony which has two chairs and a coffee table.

At the other end of the apartment is the meals and living area which has two beds, a 32 inch wall-mounted TV and a 4 seat dining table. There is a kitchenette with basic facilities including a small electric cooktop, air fryer, rice cooker, microwave, fridge and a collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Serenity Studio at The Waves has one bedroom and can sleep up to 5 people.

There is one bathroom.

• Main bathroom - spa bath, shower, vanity unit, toilet

A wall-mounted reverse-cycle air-conditioner in each of the living areas provides year round comfort.

Serenity Studio at The Waves is located within The Waves - a large beachfront apartment complex which provides guests with communal facilities including an electric BBQ area, laundry facilities (washing machine and clothes dryer) and on-site car parking (one place is reserved, extra parking is available on the street).

Across the road from the apartment is Erehwon Park which has a fantastic playground, BBQ shelters, picnic areas, outdoor showers and sweeping 180 degree views of the water.

Walk 4 minutes to Cowes Jetty and also to Thompson Avenue which is lined with an extensive selection of shops, cafes and restaurants.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
