SilverTide Retreat

SilverTide Retreat is a two storey holiday home which offers absolute beach frontage and panoramic bay views, just steps from the water.

Upstairs is a huge open plan living area with relaxing water views. This air-conditioned space has comfortable couches, a Smart TV, book library, board games and a reading corner. The large dining table provides seating for 10 people with additional seating on stools at the kitchen bench. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooktop, two 600mm electric ovens, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Glass sliding doors from this living area open onto a large north facing deck with a gas BBQ, shade umbrella and a table that seats 8 people. From this deck enjoy incredible 180 degree water views over the bay and across to French Island and the Mornington Peninsula. There are external steps from the deck down to the backyard and beach below.

Downstairs is a second living area with a piano and a fridge.

SilverTide Retreat has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 15 people.

SilverTide Retreat is set on a 1000 m² allotment with an outdoor hot shower. The side and front of the property is fenced.

There is parking space on the property for at least 4 vehicles, including a boat.

Enjoy beachfront living at its best when staying at SilverTide Retreat. You can simply walk from the backyard, through the foreshore reserve and be directly onto the beach within seconds - no roads to cross and no public walkways to navigate.

Take a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive to Silverleaves Store. A 6 minute drive will take you into the heart of Cowes with its many shops, cafes and restaurants.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

A $45 booking fee also applies to each stay - no other cleaning fee or bond applies.

Minimum stay is from 2 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
