Spa Retreat on Possum is a modern two storey home with multiple indoor and outdoor living areas, nestled in a quiet no through street within the tranquil Seagrove Estate.

This family friendly home provides the perfect setting for memorable beach getaway at any time of year. It can be your private retreat, a base from which to explore the many attractions of Phillip Island, or both.

The main living area is located upstairs. This air-conditioned open plan space is bathed in natural light, featuring hardwood flooring and tasteful furnishings. The lounge area has a large couch in front of an 85 inch Smart TV, plus a selection of board games and reading material. The adjoining meals area has a huge dining table which seats 12 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, electric oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, fridge, dishwasher and an ample collection of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

From the upstairs living area, sliding glass doors open onto a huge partially covered balcony. It has an outdoor dining setting, comfortable lounge seating and a gas BBQ. From here, enjoy views over the backyard and of the ocean in the distance.

Downstairs is a second air-conditioned living room with sofas and a 75 inch Smart TV, making it ideal as a retreat for children. Along the hallway is a door that leads to the garage which has been converted into a games room. It has a sofa, 75 inch TV, reverse-cycle air-conditioner, dart board, pool table and a fold-up table tennis table which can be placed on top of the pool table.

Spa Retreat on Possum has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 14 people. All bedrooms have reverse-cycle air-conditioners.

There are 2½ bathrooms.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

At the rear of this home is a covered entertaining area, complete with an outdoor lounge setting, dining table and a luxurious 8 person bubbling electric spa. All this overlooks a fully fenced backyard with a fire pit (some firewood supplied), safe-play trampoline and a playground with soft fall mulch. The large expanse of grass in the backyard is ideal for ball games or for kids to run around.

While the garage is not available for parking, there is space for two vehicles, including a boat, on the driveway. Another parking spot is available on the side of the garage, as well as street parking.

A 4 minute walk from this home is Seagrove Park which is a one hectare reserve with a large picnic shelter, BBQs and an excellent childrens playground.

Spa Retreat on Possum is located 1.2 kilometres from the beach and a 3 minute drive from supermarkets, shops and restaurants in the centre of Cowes.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Minimum stay is from 1 to 7 nights (please note this varies depending on the dates).

Top and bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases are not supplied by default for this property. If you would like these items of linen supplied rather than bringing your own, the cost is a once-off charge of $30 per bed. Please advise if you would like linen supplied and for which beds. Advance notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is appreciated. Note that doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats are supplied at no cost.
