Strathallan

Strathallan is a charming holiday cottage, conveniently located just around the corner from a sandy beach.

The living room is located at the front of the home and features comfortable seating and a large TV. Walk through to the combined kitchen and dining area which includes a table that seats 4 and a well appointed kitchen with an electric oven and cook top, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Strathallan has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 7 people.

• Bedroom 2 - one queen bed, one set of single bunks, one single trundle bed

This property has one bathroom.

• Main bathroom - shower over a hip bath, vanity unit, separate toilet

There is a reverse-cycle split-system air-conditioner in the dining area and a ceiling fan in bedroom 1.

Step out the back door onto a fully covered deck with a gas BBQ, dining table and plenty of seating. This area is fenced off from the front garden. The long driveway has ample space for boat parking or at least 3 cars.

Walk just 2 minutes down to the end of the street where you will find a safe swimming sandy beach. Take a 15 minute walk along the beach into the centre of Cowes or along the exclusive Lovers Walk coastal pathway which passes in front of stunning beachfront homes. Alternatively, the heart of Cowes, with its many shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, is less than 2 minutes away by car.

Please note that this property is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. No bookings are taken over Schoolies.

Linen and bathroom towels can be hired for $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed - or you can bring your own.
